These terms cover use of SocialBuster, a tool a business or an agency uses to run its own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. SocialBuster is operated by SEO Busters Corporation. By creating an account, connecting a Meta account or otherwise using the product, you agree to these terms.
The person connecting a Meta account must be authorized to manage the ad accounts and Facebook Pages they grant access to. Do not connect an account you do not have permission to manage on behalf of its owner.
A workspace holds the data for one brand, client or team. Its owners and admins decide who joins it, whether by an emailed invitation or by an invitation link they share. They are responsible for the people they invite. Invite only people who are meant to see the workspace's data, including data from any Meta ad account connected to it, and remove anyone who should no longer have access.
The product must not be used to violate Meta's own Advertising Policies or Platform Terms. That responsibility sits with the person using the product to publish or manage advertising, not with the product itself.
AI-generated ad copy or images are drafts. They must be reviewed by a person before publishing, since they may be inaccurate.
The product makes no guarantee about ad performance results. Recommendations are based on a workspace's own data and do not promise a particular outcome.
Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year, depending on the billing interval you choose, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars.
A free trial needs a card. The length of the trial is the one shown before you add your card (currently 7 days). You are not charged while it runs. If you do not cancel before it ends, it turns into the plan you chose and your card is charged for the first billing period. Each account gets one free trial.
You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. If you cancel before a trial ends, you are not charged.
The service is provided as-is while actively under development, with no uptime guarantee.
An account may be suspended for abuse of the service or of Meta's platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost advertising spend, lost profits, or lost data. Use of the product is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
